Will I need to provide proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID test result to attend the WHMA Annual Meeting?

IPC is following Pima County Health guidelines which do not currently require event participants to provide proof vaccination status or a negative COVID test result.

Will masks be required?

Pima County has updated their mask mandate and now requires face masks for all indoor public settings when six feet of physical distance cannot be maintained. 

Will WHMA/IPC supply masks? Hand sanitizer?

Yes, WHMA/IPC will have an ample supply of masks, hand sanitizer stations as well as individual hand sanitizers for all event participants.

Will surfaces and other high-touch items be sanitized on a regular basis? What safety measures does the hotel have in place for the event?

The health and safety of guests staying at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa is their top priority.

Will WHMA/IPC be offering on-site testing for attendees who reside outside the US to return home?

WHMA/IPC will not be providing on-site testing but we have compiled a list of local testing facilities within a short distance from the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.
