Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors who cancel on or before November 20, 2020 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Exhibitors who cancel after November 20, 2020 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations due to COVID-19
If an exhibitor decides to cancel at their own discretion, the above cancellation policy stands.

If the WHMA Annual Conference is cancelled at IPC’s discretion or via government order, exhibitors will have the option to transfer funds to the 2022 event or elect to receive a full refund.

Please note, if an exhibitor previously cancelled their participation and the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 or at IPC’s discretion, the exhibitor will have the option to use the cancellation penalty towards the 2022 event or elect to receive a full refund.
